Internal Audit

We work as an outsourced internal audit department designing and implementing a sustainable internal audit function for a fraction of the cost of maintaining such a department in-house.

We will:

• Develop and set up an internal audit strategy and methodology in accordance with the risk appetite defined by the client.

• Provide management with recommendations for strengthening governance and operational controls.

• Develop up-to-date internal audit methodologies and documentation that works to augment the regulatory compliance activities being undertaken.

• Provide high-level oversight of the adequacy of the procedures and structures implemented to support the CEO and CFO certifications.

• Provide professional and experienced internal auditors to periodically perform field testing and evaluations.
